We are delighted that you are considering Hebron Junior Academy for your child’s early education. Our admissions process is simple, friendly, and designed to help you get started with ease.
At Hebron, we welcome children into a nurturing environment where they can grow, learn, and thrive.
We admit learners in the following levels:
- Daycare
- PP1 (Pre-Primary 1)
- PP2 (Pre-Primary 2)
- Grade 1
School Fee Protocol for 2026
As a relatively small independent school, Hebron Junior Academy relies heavily on the timeous payment of all fees for staff wages and the effective management of the school.
Fees for admission, payable per applicant, for Daycare – Grade 1 are as follows:
- Ksh.500 Readiness / Diagnostic assessment fee, payable on the day of assessment
- Ksh.1000 Registration fee/ admission.
- Ksh. 3200 School fees per term,
- Lunch and Uji Ksh.2500
- Graduation Ksh.400
- Activity Fee Ksh.500
The first instalment of school fees for all applicants for the beginning of a new year needs to be paid at the Orientation meeting.
All fees are subject to change / increase annually from the month of January.
Admission Procedure
Please phone the School office to ensure that there is space in the Grade required before your application form and documents are submitted. Your application cannot be considered and processed until all of the documents, mentioned below, have been received by us.
Complete and submit the online application form (see clickable button below named “Online Application Form“)
- A copy of the learner’s latest report stamped by the school. Not applicable for Daycare Pre Primary 1 applications.
- A certified copy of both parent’s ID documents
- A certified copy of the learner’s birth certificate
- 3 months’ Payslips of both Parents and/or Sponsor
- A letter of reference from your Church Pastor/Minister on the Church’s letterhead
- Signed Consent to use Personal Information (POPI) form. You can download the form by clicking HERE.
